GET YOUR CHILD PREPPED FOR MARATHON SEASON
Kids are born with a love for running and play, but then life (and the XBOX) happens.
We use gamified group-play to re-kindle and hone your child’s fondness for physical movement and sport. Sessions are customised to each participant’s needs, based on initial measurement.
Fun, stress-free sessions cover sports conditioning, pacing, endurance, mindset, nutrition and more. All of which help get kids ready for marathon season, as well as the long run. 🙂

- Age groups: 4-6 yrs, 7-10 yrs, 11-15 yrs
- Timings: 1 hour, once or twice weekly
